Camp Hollywood HEART

Hollywood HEART hosted its first summer camp in 1995 in direct response to the AIDS crisis.

Young people across the country were invited to spend a week at camp – a week that would be completely devoid of stigma and judgement, and full of joy, recreation and FUN.

Today, our annual Camp Hollywood HEART welcomes up to 80 campers, ages 15 to 20, whose lives have been impacted by HIV/AIDS, who explore the arts during one incredible week together. Campers participate programs including acting, filmmaking, writing, dance, culinary, fashion design, visual arts, and music, taught by world-class teaching artists and gorgeous California settings.

Hope, Education, Arts, Recreation and Teamwork are the HEART of camp. If you would like to join Camp Hollywood HEART as a volunteer or teaching artist, click here.
